A Tranquil Family Retreat with Fine Views
Our stay offered amazing views of the Sea of Galilee, perfect for morning coffee. The outdoor pool was a fantastic spot for the kids while the adult amenities like the spa area provided a peaceful escape. Don't miss the fresh squeezed orange juice at breakfast!

The peace and quiet along with the superb views make Ramot an excellant location for relaxation from the business of regular work life
The inability of being able to obtain a reasonable meal on the evening of the end of Shabbat

good toast and pancakes to every taste. lovely building and rooms with a balcony. stunning location for ramot, near to ramot, and the center. also, to the sights we wanted to see much quicker than if we had had to fight traffic on route 90.

We had a lovely stay at what we consider one of the best hotels in one of the most beautiful spots in Israel. The staff were friendly and very helpful; the accomodation and food excellent. We will definitely return.

The views and the pool (pool area)
No atm in the hotel, no bellman or valet for parking. Not enough choices for breakfest

Spacious wood cabin, great for families. The Kids' club kept the kids entertained all day. Dining options felt crowded. Could improve on cleanliness in some areas.

This is stunning accomodation. There is so much privacy offered in your own personal wood cabin yet it is communal too if you choose to eat breakfast in the main facility or swim in the beautiful outdoor pool with several viewing points on the Golan Heights that surround you. The staff was so helpful and friendly, especially Shai at front desk and the manager in the dining room at breakfast. Breakfast offers stunning views of the Golan Heights as well. The room is so charming yet modern at the same time. We were on our honeymoon, loved our 2 night stay here and would return in a heartbeat.

The location is stunning - perched at the hills giving a magnificent view of the kinneret. The cabins are of good quality and the servicing staff are responsive. Staff in the restaurant were good, friendly and customer focussed. The pool is superb and a great place to watch the sunset over the kinneret. For an Israeli resort it is reasonably quiet apart from Friday afternoon/Saturday and has a diverse clientele.
The front door staff were a bit hit or miss. Part of that is a communication problem as Ramot may not be on the mainstream tourist route (it should be!) and as a consequence you may need to speak to different staff to get the information you need. The organised entertainment at the hotel is advertised in Hebrew as is the guided tour of the area -so non Hebrew speakers may miss out though by the very nature of visiting Ramot most tourists will have some thing about them and figure things out. What it would benefit from is a concierge type function to help tourists make the most of their stay. It is expensive in some respects (400+$) a night by the time we left and needs that little something extra to put it in the truly luxury resort category. That said the management where very responsive to any problems and dealt with them proactively. We spent a week in Ramot using it as a base to travel the Golan. I would go back

This is a country hotel in rural surroundings which we would recommend for a family holiday. The hotel was very acceptable in terms of staff, cleanliness, food and facilities. The room was comfortable and clean, but a little dated. We were there over a busy holiday weekend and there were numerous families with small kids which created a fun atmosphere

Would recommend for a fleeting moment
Comfortable room, clean bathroom, with good air conditioning and a large buffet breakfast that offered plenty of delicious Middle Eastern and Western options.
